Historic agrotourism in Felanitx

Historic agrotourism five minutes from Felanitx, there is an old mansion, converted into an agrotourism, with 9 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms in the main building, and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and terraces, in an annex building.

On a plot of 35.000m2, there is a total of 1.500m2 habitable. The common areas are the dining room and a reading/games room. The dining room, with a capacity for 80 guests, has original 6-pointed vaults, preserving the Mallorcan authenticity. The dining room is ideal for weddings, christenings and any other event.
Outside, there is an open dining area, several terraces, table tennis area and a large swimming pool with a 70m2 mirror.

All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. The agrotourism has all the permits from the town hall, the Consell and the health authorities. The house has its own well, mains electricity, telephone and internet. On the plot, there is a garden with olive trees, from which the owners produce a lot of olive oil.

It is an ideal place for a holiday away from the urban centres, to relax and enjoy the rustic and authentic Majorcan landscapes.
