Double building plot in first sea line in Cala d’Or

This is one of the few available building plots on the stunning coastline, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The 2,000m2 plot offers a maximum building area of 720m2, which allows for various building options:

The property is located in Cala Egos, in the immediate vicinity of Es Forti and Cala dés Pou, about 1.6 km from the Cala d’Or marina.

Location description: Cala d’Or, part of the municipality of Santanyi, is located in the southeast of the island. The renowned marina of Cala d’Or is just a short walk from the town center. Both the town and the harbor with its numerous restaurants, bars and stores are a magnet for tourists. Cala Egos, on the other side of the port, has a lively town center with a variety of restaurants, bars, stores and nightclubs.

There are numerous cabs and buses in the region, as well as a mini-train that runs between Cala Egos, Cala d’Or and Cala Ferrera in summer. The area is particularly popular with families, offers many beaches and is mostly closed in winter.
