S\u00ed, sigue habiendo propiedades de hasta 200.000 euros en Mallorca.<\/strong> Pero ya no hay propiedades listas para entrar a vivir como hace unos a\u00f1os. En algunas regiones, como el sureste, sigue habiendo oportunidades de comprar una propiedad por menos de 200.000 euros. Como no s\u00f3lo nos centramos en el mercado de lujo, sino tambi\u00e9n en las inversiones, y estamos muy bien conectados con la sociedad internacional y mallorquina de esta regi\u00f3n, te recomendamos que vuelvas a consultar aqu\u00ed de vez en cuando (o incluso mejor suscr\u00edbete a nuestro bolet\u00edn en el men\u00fa de arriba para ser el primero en enterarte de las ofertas).<\/p>

Las regiones m\u00e1s interesantes para \u00abinmuebles todav\u00eda baratos\u00bb son el sureste y el sur (excluimos el centro de la isla porque no tiene tanto potencial de desarrollo como inversi\u00f3n como estas dos zonas). En 2023, un crecimiento particularmente fuerte de las consultas y de las compras de propiedades en Ses Salines<\/a><\/strong> (sur) y inmuebles en Cala d’Or<\/a><\/strong> (sureste) (aparte de Portocolom, Felanitx, Cas Concos y Campos, por supuesto), y en 2025 Felanitx fue una de las regiones de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento de Mallorca.<\/p>
