Is it even still possible for this price?<\/h2>

Yes, there are still properties up to 200,000 euros on Mallorca.<\/strong> However, they are no longer ready to move into as they were a few years ago. In some regions, such as the southeast, there are still opportunities to buy a property for less than 200,000 euros. The most interesting regions for “still cheap real estate” are southeast and the south (we exclude the center of the island, because it does not have such a great development potential as an investment as these two zones). In 2023, a particularly strong growth in inquiries and property real estate purchases in Ses Salines<\/a><\/strong> (south) and properties in Cala d’Or<\/a><\/strong> (southeast) (apart from Portocolom, Felanitx, Cas Concos and Campos of course), and in 2025 Felanitx was one of the fastest growing regions in Mallorca.<\/p>
