It is believed that the colonization of Mallorca began here in the “Costa de la calma” (about 6,000 years ago). There are Talajotic settlements that are the remains of these first islanders. These buildings were small circular constructions, the ancestors, so to speak, of the many villas and fincas that have since been built in the area and which make up the interesting real estate market.<\/p>\n
