This is a town house in Felanitx, which offers various possibilities on a total of 3 floors. Each floor can be reached via the main staircase, but each floor is individually connected to the next floor via another small staircase.

Since the house is distributed on different levels, you can arrange the room layout according to your wishes. The garage can be further enlarged by reducing the (unused) cistern, as the house is connected to the mains water.
