Finca with a Paulownia plantation in Son Prohens

Two plots of more than 18,000m2 each in Son Prohens.
It offers a farm with around 1000 Paulownia trees, planted in two plots that together make more than 36000m2.

On a plot there is a house and an apartment, both in perfect conditions for living. The main house has 170m2 spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a pantry. On the first floor there is a room, a bathroom and a fairly large terrace, with views of Sant Salvador and the pool.
The house has oil central heating and infrared heating devices.

The guest apartment, completely independent from the main house, has 70m2, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

At the front of the house, we find a large swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with straw umbrellas and several hammocks to enjoy and relax.

On the other plot, we find a rustic house in good condition, about 60m2 which can be expanded to the meters allowed by law.

The ETV vacation license for six people has been requested and is currently being processed.

In the two plots, there is a plantation of 1000 Paulownia trees, planted in the year 2019. In the plot there are about 500 grape bushes, nine years old.
In 2020, a 144,000L cistern and a legal well with an extraction capacity of 3mio L per year were built, with a permit requested to increase to 15mio L per year.
There is a project to reform the main house, to add another 50m2 to the house.
