This designer luxury development has been designed by renowned architects (who have won numerous international awards), and is located on the first sea line in Cala Mandia (Portocristo) with stunning sea views. The whole project has been designed in a “boat style” which makes the villa a unique gem in the area.

The villa offers a total of 472 m2 of space and is built with top quality materials and extras. The view from the master bedroom through the pool to the sea is unique.

The living area is divided upstairs (actually ground floor from the driveway) into an open area with a partition wall, where the designer kitchen and living room overlook the sea. In the entrance area there is a covered terrace with chill-out lounge, and on the back side to the sea there is a covered terrace with sun terrace and infinity swimming pool which makes a perfect transition to the sea. In the living room there is a large panoramic sliding roof on the ceiling to enjoy the starry sky at night.

In the basement (ground floor from the sea side) there are two bedrooms with opposite bathrooms, a home cinema of the highest class, and the fascinating master bedroom with the aforementioned sea view through the swimming pool (whereby the whole house is equipped with windows that can be regulated from light to dark, which offers enough privacy at any time), and a designer bathroom with the glass shower as a highlight, which is integrated into the infinity swimming pool. The machine room is also located on this floor.

Only the best technology has been used in the whole luxury project (solar energy photovoltaic system and energy certificate A complete this quality standard). Everything is controlled by a domotic system, underfloor heating with air/heat pump, air conditioning, iGlass, terrace area of 122 m2, the infinity swimming pool of 25 m2.

Currently the building license is applied for (submitted March 2021), building permit expected by June 2022 and construction start autumn 2022 (planned completion end 2023).
